Clamed to updste indurance was off gard as very covinceing.

Claimed my insurance premium had not changed and tried to discuss renewal details. I do not even hold a policy, so this is clearly a fraudulent attempt to sell or obtain information.

They just called me and said they were Affinity water. Asked for my bank name and branch and then ended up ending the call as I got suspicious. Be careful,they have lots of sensitive information

Don't answer unsolicited calls. Just been scammed. Not happening again

Dangerous! Knew all my details. Tried renewing cover , supposedly from Thames Water. As soon as I said I do not have that cover, they hung up. Beware . Scammers!

Severn Trent even though I don’t have my own home but stated I had take out insurance never even owed my own home ever

Pretended to be from United Utilities regarding renewing an insurance policy taken out in Jan 2024 (I hadn’t) They vaguely answered questions about the amount and how I had paid originally and when I said that I would have to investigate with my bank as it seemed like it had been a fraudulent transaction they suddenly decided to speak to their manager and send me all the paperwork relating to the policy and ended the call. I’m not holding my breath lol

A WOMEN CLAIMING TO BE FROM SEVERN TRENT TRIED TO TELL ME I'D TAKEN AN EMERGENCY COVER OUT IN 2023 AND THEY WERE GIVING ME A REDUCTION ON A NEW QUOTE
WHEN I TOLD HER I HADN'T TAKEN THIS COVER OUT SHE HUNG UP!
