No one spoke when I answered. Sounds like a scam call centre testing lines.

Very dangerous criminal organisation. current under investigation by national crime agency.

Rang asking if I was the house owner (I didn't say reply to this) and persistently asked when the insulation in my loft was last changed. When I asked why they were ringing about this they hung up. They didn't say who they were and clearly unprofessional and a scam of some kind. I have now blocked the number on my phone.

‘Energy company’. I’ve been inundated with similar calls, all apparently from London numbers. May be the same one or several different. All blocked immediately. I will never do business with anyone who calls out of the blue or knocks on my door.
